Asset Based Completion
Cx Observer is built around the actual site established workflow in the data center commissioning works with a focus on staged completion. Every Asset has to undergo a set of checklists and tests that are identified and assigned to various parties by the project admin. Once those checklists and tests have been done, inspected and approved, only then the asset is marked as completed.
Integrated Systems Testing
Through the integration mechanism in Cx Observer, you can easily group multiple assets together and assign checklists and tests to them. You can then see, through the Integration Overview whether or not the associated assets have passed their functional testing and whether or not they are ready for level 5 testing.
Issues and Deficiencies Records
Cx Observer Issue Tracking functions allow users to capture, record and assign issues and deficiencies to other users and companies, making it easier to track deficiencies and their timely closure.
Document Management
Submitting, reviewing and tracking documentation has never been easier. The documentation section in Cx Observer categorizes the documents and keeps a full record of submitted revisions along with the reviews, comments and compliance statements. All are introduced in a very easy to use, organized and simple user interface.
Built-in Form and Report Builder
With Cx Observer, you can build your forms using a simple drag and drop form builder and include calculation fields and grids to automate your report building. A form can then be used to submit as many test reports as needed.
Meetings
Cx Observer allows you to record your meeting minutes and keep track of those records using a very friendly and simplified user interface. And, in every meeting, you can easily import records from a previous meeting and modify them rather than starting from scratch.
